The icon unveiled her "Cool Off" video, and the dynamic clip does anything except what the title suggests. On the contrary, the vignette is a full-blown dance party, with statues coming to life to bust a move, a slew of neon-clothed dancers twerking and Missy herself grooving around on a big weeble wobble.
